A wonderful antique Victorian turquoise pearl bracelet from the late 1800s, consisting of large, square curb links fashioned in 9ct gold with an alternating pattern of green/ blue turquoise cabochons and shamrocks on top, dotted with white seed pearl petals.
Turquoise is considered a lucky stone that brings protection and good fortune to the wearer. It has long been associated with the shamrock which is also seen as a good luck token and was a popular gift between friends and lovers during the Victorian era.
This antique Victorian bracelet is all in excellent condition and has developed a lovely patina over time. It’s decorated with a beautiful combination of calming gems and is held by a secure box clasp and safety chain.
