Carved beads with naturally colored striations and a large sized pendant are features of this vintage mod era statement necklace, made of natural striped onyx stone, circa 1960s. 

The handsomely sized necklace has carved oblong and cone shaped beads for the necklace, with large rectangular onyx pendant set in a goldfilled bezel, featuring striped colors of various browns, yellow, and splash of orange along the top for a ‘sunset’ effect. 

*Please note – there are two small chips on the underside of the pendant as shown, but doesn’t detract.

The pendant measures approximately 2 inches wide by 2&3/4 inches long, while the necklace itself measures approximately 25 inches around, has a spring ring clasp, and weighs a total of 89 grams.
